Return Window

Customers have a 30-day period from the date of receipt to initiate returns. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to process refund or exchange requests.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Items must remain in their original, untouched condition with all original packaging intact. Products showing signs of use or damage will not qualify for our return program.

Processing Your Return

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection. You will receive email confirmation once we've received your package, followed by notification regarding the status of your return request.

Accepted returns may be processed as either a product exchange or account credit matching your original purchase amount. For identical item exchanges, please email our support team at contact@tinnease.com.

Account credits equal to your purchase price will be added to your customer profile. These credits cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Order Modifications

Orders enter our fulfillment center for processing immediately upon placement.

Order modifications are reviewed case-by-case by our customer service representatives. A $15 processing fee applies to all cancellation requests.

Refund Processing

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out through our customer portal or email our team at contact@tinnease.com to obtain shipping instructions and return authorization.

Following inspection of your returned item, we will send confirmation of receipt along with approval or denial of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Shipping Responsibilities

Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using tracked shipping services and purchasing insurance for your return shipment. Our company cannot be held liable for packages that fail to reach our facility. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Return processing typically requires 1-2 business days, though peak periods may extend this to 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are only covered when products arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery.

A restocking charge of $5-10 per item will be applied to processed returns.

We maintain the right to decline refunds for items returned in damaged condition, including but not limited to visible wear, scratches, breaks, or other deterioration.

Return Restrictions

The following circumstances do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

  • Purchase regret or change of preference (due to our made-to-order manufacturing process)
  • Returns attempted without prior customer service approval
  • Items showing evidence of use or damage
  • Products that have been modified or altered
  • Items not in original sellable condition (unless damage occurred during shipping)
  • Products missing original packaging materials
  • Clearance or promotional items

Change of Mind Policy

While we understand preferences can change, we do accommodate mind-changes within 30 days of delivery provided items remain unused and unopened. Refunds are issued only after we verify returned products meet resale standards.

A $5-10 handling and processing charge applies per item based on package dimensions. Products returned in non-original condition will incur an additional 20% deduction from the refund amount.

Delivery Issues & Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability will incur non-refundable carrier fees plus a processing charge of $10-$35 depending on package size. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages from postal facilities will also result in carrier fees, with additional charges for re-shipment if requested.

Delayed Refund Resolution

If your refund appears delayed, please first verify with your financial institution, as processing times vary by bank and payment method. Should issues persist after checking with your bank and card issuer, please contact us through our customer portal.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges are exclusively available for defective or damaged merchandise. For same-item replacements, please submit a request through our customer service portal.

Gift Purchase Handling

Items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to recipients will generate gift credits upon return. Gift certificates will be mailed once returned items are processed. For gifts shipped to purchasers first, refunds will be directed to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return.

Premium Protection Plan

Our LIFETIME PROTECTION plan is available as an optional add-on from your delivery date. This coverage requires separate purchase during checkout and entitles you to product replacement for manufacturing defects. Contact us with detailed descriptions and visual documentation of any issues.

This protection plan exclusively covers factory defects and does not extend to user damage or misuse.

Replacement products are provided after we receive and verify defective items through our inspection process.

Return Shipping Coverage

We cover return shipping costs only when products arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team for return authorization before shipping.

For non-damaged returns based on personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs fees to our European facility in Munich, Germany. Original shipping costs remain non-refundable, and customs charges will be deducted from refund amounts.

Delivery timeframes for replacement products vary by location.

For high-value returns (over $75), we strongly recommend tracked shipping and insurance coverage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
